Stuffed Hot or Mild Peppers

Albert's Meats Stuffed Peppers

This is a family recipe of ours that we enjoy on a regular basis, whether you like it spicy or sweet, this dish will satisfy any pallate.

  • 2 lb Albert’s Hot Italian Sausage
  • 2-8oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese
  • 2 cup Asiago Cheese Shredded
  • 10 good sized Peppers Hot or Mild

Remove hot sausage from casing, fry in pan and then chop into pieces. Drain onto a paper towel then add to a stand mixing bowl, sausage cream cheese and asiago cheese. Mix for about 3 minutes on a low speed. (using a kitchen aid mixer with the correct attachment maxes the job much easier)

Clean peppers then slit one side then stuff with meat filling.

Bake at 350 deg. For 30 to 35 minunites, take out let cool and you are ready to serve, Enjoy !
