This is an excellent recipe for making “set it and forget” meal that will leave you wanting more and scraping the bottom for every last bit.
1lb. bag sauerkraut or two cans
1 med. onion
1 med. potato, peeled and grated
1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together – except ring bologna. Place in crockpot and put ring Bologna on top of mix. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
