  • 6 Albert’s Meats Franks
  • 2 TBS sweet relish
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 egg
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Split franks lengthwise, not cutting completely through. Fill each with about 1 teaspoon relish. (The relish may be replaced with strips of cheese, ketchup or mustard.)
  2. Mix remaining ingredients with fork; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in loaf pan. Arrange hot dogs crosswise on dough in pan, curing slightly and pressing slightly to fit pan.
  3. Bake until bread is light brown, about 20 minutes.
  4. To serve, cut bread between franks.
