4 Recipes for Cooking Corn on the Grill

Spicy Corn
Ingredients

1/3 cup of butter

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned

Directions

Melt the butter and stir in the seasonings.

Place each ear of corn on 1-foot square piece of heavy duty foil and drizzle with butter mix.

Wrap foil loosely around each ear to allow steam to expand and twist the ends to seal.

Cook for 20-30 minutes over a medium grill until tender.

 

 

BBQ Corn
Ingredients

1/ cup of softened butter

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

Pinch onion powder

Garlic powder to taste

Salt and pepper

6 ears of prepared corn

Directions

Combine all the seasonings and mix into the butter.

Spread the mix on each ear of corn and place each on sections of heavy duty foil.

6 strips of bacon
